At Sirajee Electric Zone, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully.

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within 10 hours of placing them by contacting our customer service.
• If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

2. Return Policy

You may request a return if:

• The product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
• You received the wrong item.
• The product is unused, in original packaging, and returned within 5 days of delivery.

Note: Shipping costs for returns (unless due to our fault) will be borne by the customer.

3. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed for defective, damaged, or wrong items received.
• Exchange requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused and in original condition.

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

• Products damaged due to misuse.
• Items without original packaging or proof of purchase.
• Discounted or clearance items (unless defective).

5. Process for Return/Exchange

1. Contact us via phone or email with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
2. Provide photos/videos of the product (if defective or damaged).
3. Send the product to our return address after approval.
4. Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
