- Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:
- All cities and districts within Bangladesh.
- Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed on the next business day.
- Delivery Time
- Inside Chattogram: 1–3 business days.
- Outside Chattogram: 3–5 business days (depending on courier service and location).
- Shipping Charges
- Inside Chattogram: Starting from 70 BDT .
- Outside Chattogram: Starting from 130 BDT .
- Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via SMS or email so you can follow your package in real time.

Refund Policy

- Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 10 hours of placing them by contacting our customer service.
- If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
- Return Policy
